Elizabeth Murray, Vice President, began working at Boston Investor Services in 1998. With more than 13 years of experience in the financial services industry, Elizabeth concentrates on developing and maintaining the compliance programs for our clients. Having previously headed the operations team, Elizabeth also provides additional support for the operations team. Elizabeth graduated from St. Lawrence University in 1998.
Amy Margalit, Vice President, serves as the chief operating officer at BIS. In addition to actively supporting client accounts, Amy manages the operations team and facilitates the automation and integration of our clients' operations and trading systems. Amy's employment began at BIS in early 2001. Amy earned her BA in Economics from Wesleyan University and in 2006, received her MBA from Boston College. Olessia Mamedov, Operations Officer, works with the operations team, promoting operational efficiency and managing all corporate action processing and reporting. Olessia also assists the compliance team. Before joining the firm in 2002, Olessia worked at Eaton Vance Management. Olessia received her BS in Business Administration and International Business/Finance from Northeastern University.
Alysia Fullerton, Operations Officer, joined our team in 2004. Alysia works in the operations group, interacting daily with traders, brokers and custodians to provide client trading, foreign exchange, and settlement support and reporting. Alysia earned her BS in Economics from Suffolk University.
Dorothy Donaldson, Operations, works in the operations group, supporting all clients. After graduating from Colgate University, Dorothy worked at Ameriprise Financial before joining BIS in 2007. Dorothy also plays for the 2010 IWFL World Champions Women's Football team, the Boston Militia. Barbara Dawley, Operations, started working at BIS in 1995 after graduating from the University of New Hampshire with a BA in Business Administration. In 1999, she left the firm and worked with Investors Capital before returning to BIS in 2002 to support the operations group on a part-time basis. Barbara is responsible for general operations support and performance reporting.
Molly Cook, Operations, works in our operations group, providing client account reconciliation and proxy vote reporting. Molly earned her B.S. in Business Administration from Saint Michael's College and worked for three years at Brown Brothers and Harriman in Boston before joining our team in 2008.
