Responsible for client management and business development, Ms. Goreham also directs all aspects of the organization’s policies & operations relating to trade settlement, portfolio accounting, performance reporting, reconciliations and account administration for clients’ domestic and international equity accounts. She oversees the 8-person BIS operations team, all of whom work together to provide mid and back office support to portfolio managers, maintain client compliance programs and implement checks and balances to insure reporting/performance integrity.
Ms. Goreham began working with Mr. Wendell in the early 1990s; in 1993, Boston Investor Services was formed. Three years later, Ms. Goreham was promoted to Vice President of the organization. In 2007 she was elected President and CEO.
Ms. Goreham earned a Master’s Degree in Finance from NortheasternUniversity and B.A. degrees in Economics & Psychology from the University of Rochester (NY).
Ms. Goreham is also President of the Charitable S.W.A.N Society in Boston.
Edward E. Wendell, Jr., Chairman
As Chairman, Mr. Wendell supports management, evaluating managerial/company performance and reviewing company development and strategy.
Mr. Wendell founded Boston Investor Services, Inc. in 1993 to provide administrative services to a number of financial organizations. Mr. Wendell served as President until 2007.
Mr. Wendell earned a Master’s Degree from the University of Washington and a B.A. from Harvard College.
